The competition is aimed at projects or construction carried out by CMM member companies, with projects for new buildings or bridges being eligible, and renovation projects (recoveries, expansions, or rehabilitations). The awards are open to metallic structure works, designed or built by national companies, members of CMM.

CMM is pleased to invite its members to submit their projects to the "Portugal Steel Design Awards 2025" competition, to identify and recognize the best projects carried out by national companies.

Applications must be submitted to the CMM by March 30, 2025, fulfilling the conditions required in the regulations.

The National Award will be awarded during the XV Conference on Steel and Composite Construction, which will take place on November 20th and 21st, 2025.

The national jury will identify the best national projects in competition, representing Portugal in the international competition "European Steel Design Awards 2025", which will have the award ceremony in October in Istambul.
